Qualifications

• Degree qualified.
• MRICS preferred, but not essential.
• Analytical with problem-solving skills, and ability to think strategically.
• Technically skilled in project management processes and demonstrate project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver successful project outcomes with senior team members.
• Own an element of a project and define roles and responsibilities.
• Mentor junior team members and manage assistants/apprentices.
• Develop and maintain a project development programme with guidance.
• Understand lifecycle stages: site acquisition, planning, governance, procurement, and handover.
