Job summary

Culina Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation team, delivering operational projects across logistics, warehousing and transport. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating with operational leaders, suppliers and customers to achieve strategic objectives.

Initially, you will oversee a portfolio of Continuous Improvement initiatives within a major retail transport contract, with opportunities to expand across the wider business.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of operational projects through planning, coordination, governance and delivery assurance.
• Manage CI initiatives within a major retail transport contract and lead transportation/warehousing projects across the business.
• Produce project reports, dashboards and updates for senior stakeholders and PMO teams.
• Support UAT and operational readiness activities and ensure smooth handover to BAU.
