Job summary

Intersurgical UK is seeking an exceptional PMO Lead to support the VP Global Logistics and Distribution Transformation Programme on a major, multi-year global transformation. The role will manage the day-to-day PMO, maintain plans and dashboards, and coordinate 20+ Project Managers across countries.

Qualifications

• Significant PMO experience in an international environment.
• Supports senior programme leaders and coordinates multiple projects.
• Strong planning, reporting and administration capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Desirable experience with logistics or healthcare/medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day programme office, maintaining plans, RAID, actions, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate and challenge Project Managers, ensuring progress stays on track.
• Manage day-to-day relationship with global recruitment partner (PM recruitment, onboarding, invoicing).
• Coordinate across departments and local teams to keep projects moving.
• Prepare dashboards, updates and materials for governance.
• Organise meetings across time zones and ensure decisions and actions are followed.
• Maintain programme tools and the programme AI agent.
• Identify problems early and escalate where needed.
• Continuously improve how the programme is planned, managed and reported.
