Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, delivering cross‑jurisdictional controls, policy governance and KYC/screening improvements. Hybrid working from our Wimbledon office.

You will manage complex workstreams across functions and locations, coordinate stakeholders, run workshops and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects.
• Strong project management across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with financial crime controls (KYC, screening, governance, controls).
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
• Work with business, tech and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision-making.
• Maintain alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at all levels, including senior leadership.
