Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in the UK is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Crime Business Optimisation for a 12-month FTC. You will lead a team of financial crime and change specialists, embedding controls across consumer finance transformation and driving safer, sustainable growth.

You'll translate complex risk and policy into practical, joined-up change, shape governance, and use data to prioritise and inform decisions, including AI-enabled change management.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of financial crime risk and controls, and ability to translate policy into practical change requirements.
• Experience managing complex regulatory change and embedding new controls.
• Strong risk judgement and ability to challenge senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts, setting priorities by risk.
• Represent Financial Crime across business-led change, translating policy into practical solutions.
• Lead Financial Crime change across roadmaps, remove barriers and influence delivery.
• Provide expert advice on complex Financial Crime, risk, control and change matters.
• Governance lead for change, ensuring visibility and prioritisation of material changes.
• Drive process improvements to strengthen controls and resilience.
• Use data to inform prioritisation and decisions.
• Support AI-enabled change management within the policy framework.
