Domestic & General is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme, delivering cross‑jurisdictional controls, policy governance and KYC/screening improvements. Hybrid working from our Wimbledon office.

You will manage complex workstreams across functions and locations, coordinate stakeholders, run workshops and ensure delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Senior Project Manager – Financial Crime Enhancement Programme

6 month Fixed Term Contract with Potential for Extension

The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls / transaction monitrong.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex workstreams across numerous areas spanning multiple business functions, geographies and stakeholder groups. You’ll be responsible for driving delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are aligned to both regulatory requirements and business goals.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects within the financial services sector. This is absolutely essential.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience working with financial crime controls, including areas such as KYC, screening, governance or operational controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving programme environment.
