Job summary

Domestic & General Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Wimbledon to lead the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme. The role oversees multi‑jurisdiction initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with regulatory requirements and business goals.

You will manage complex workstreams, coordinate with business, technology and governance functions, and facilitate decision-making across senior stakeholders in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects.
• Strong project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with financial crime controls including KYC, screening, governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management across all levels.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving and delivery leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced programme environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
• Work with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops and drive decision-making across groups.
• Maintain alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at all levels, including senior leadership.
