Domestic & General is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a Financial Crime Enhancement Programme across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive significant change initiatives, manage cross‑functional workstreams and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and business goals.

The role requires strong delivery leadership, superb stakeholder management and the ability to influence at senior levels in a fast‑paced environment. 6‑month fixed term with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects.
• Strong project management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with financial crime controls (KYC, screening, governance, operational controls).

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.
• Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.
• Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.
• Work closely with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision‑making.
• Maintain clear alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at all levels, including senior leadership.
