Domestic & General is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to deliver the Financial Crime Enhancement Programme across multiple jurisdictions. The role covers policy, governance, target operating model design, KYC, screening and controls, with a hybrid work model from Wimbledon.

You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage dependencies and ensure outcomes meet regulatory and business goals, engaging senior stakeholders and directing workshops.

The programme spans numerous areas including policy and governance; target operating model design and delivery; customer and entity screening; KYC; and claims and payment controls / transaction monitrong.The RoleAs a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of complex workstreams across numerous areas spanning multiple business functions, geographies and stakeholder groups. You'll be responsible for driving delivery, managing dependencies, and ensuring outcomes are aligned to both regulatory requirements and business goals.Key elements of the role are to:Lead the delivery of significant financial crime change initiatives within the wider FCEP programme.Manage complex workstreams involving multiple business areas, functions and locations.Drive planning, governance, risk management and delivery execution.Work closely with business, technology and programme stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions and drive decision-making.Maintain clear alignment between regulatory requirements, business goals and delivery outcomes.Oversee the definition and implementation of business, functional and data requirements.Manage stakeholder engagement and reporting at all levels, including senior leadership.What we're looking forProven experience delivering large-scale financial crime transformation projects within the financial services sector.
