Job summary

Equans is looking for a Project Manager to join our team in London. This is a full-time, 12 month FTC role. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple construction and M&E projects across secure and operational client sites throughout London. Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in an M&E, FM, or construction environment.
• End-to-end project management from concept to handover.
• Ability to apply the RIBA Plan of Work to structure project stages.
• CDM awareness and compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Desirable NEBOSH/IOSH Managing Safely and/or SMSTS; recognised project management qualification.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements and Employer's Requirements, coordinating consultants, designers, specialists and subcontractors.
• Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring CDM compliance, stakeholder engagement and on‑time delivery.
• Manage scope, programme, budget, profitability and risk across multiple live environments.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on tenders and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Provide regular progress, status and financial reporting.
