Job summary

Equans is seeking a Project Manager to join our Liverpool team on a full-time, 12-month FTC. You will oversee projects from conception to handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to scope, while managing client relationships and identifying opportunities across the portfolio.

You will lead tendering, procurement and subcontractor management, maintain governance with CDM 2015 and SHEQ standards, and take commercial responsibility including P&L, budgeting, cost control and final

Qualifications

• Project work management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Proven experience of running a P&L.
• Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and SHEQ standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, programme, quality and profitability targets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and identifying new project opportunities across the portfolio.
• Lead tendering, procurement and subcontractor management activities, including commercial evaluation, contract administration and supply chain development.
• Ensure full compliance with CDM 2015, SHEQ standards, company procedures and all statutory requirements, effectively managing project risks throughout.
• Take full commercial responsibility for projects, including P&L performance, budgeting, cost control, valuations and final accounts.
• Develop project programmes, coordinate resources and subcontractors, and oversee successful delivery through to completion, handover and customer acceptance.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, O&M manuals and other project controls to ensure effective governance and communication.
