Accelerated People Management is recruiting an experienced Project Manager for London-based M&E projects spanning prestigious buildings and iconic locations. The role involves overseeing maintenance, refurbishment and small works, ensuring RAMS compliance and safe site practices.

You will liaise with clients, support tendering processes and drive project delivery across high-profile environments, backed by an attractive package including paid travel and excellent healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• RAMS knowledge and CDM management
• Overseeing construction projects
• Experience in commercial buildings, museums or public buildings
• Extensive RAMS, CDM management and site health and safety knowledge
• Familiar with MS Project
