Zusammenfassung

Equans is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of multiple construction and M&E projects across secure and operational client sites in London. You will own projects from brief through to handover, managing budgets from £20k to £3,000,000 and ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate stakeholders, designers, and contractors under CDM requirements, track progress and financial performance, and drive risk mitigation and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• CDM awareness.
• 5+ years' experience in management, construction or M&E.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across live environments and complex interfaces.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of construction and M&E projects across London sites.
• Define project requirements and coordinate consultants, designers, subcontractors.
• Ensure CDM compliance, Equans policies, and approved payment schedules.
• Track progress and financial performance with regular reporting.
