Job summary

Boden Group in London is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver building services projects across London, guiding them from initial scope through to completion with a focus on safe delivery and strong commercial performance.

This client-facing role covers M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy works within a facilities management environment. You will lead programmes, manage budgets and subcontractors, and cultivate solid client relationships.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead building services projects from scope development through delivery and handover.

An experienced M&E Project Manager is required to deliver building services projects across London. You'll manage projects from initial scope and planning through to completion, taking responsibility for safe delivery, commercial performance, risk and subcontractor management.

This client-facing role covers a varied programme of M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works within a facilities management environment.

The Role

• Lead building services projects from scope development through delivery and handover.
• Deliver M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy projects safely and within budget.
• Manage project programmes, financial plans, revenue, profit, cash flow and invoicing.
• Identify and manage technical, statutory, operational and commercial project risks.
• Procure and manage subcontractors while maintaining quality and controlling delivery risk.

• Maintain project controls and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.

About You

• Proven project management experience within facilities management or building services.
• Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
• A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
• Strong commercial experience managing budgets, project costs, risks and subcontractors.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A structured approach with the ability to manage competing project priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
