Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Senior Project Controller to join the Luton IPT, delivering high‑calibre project controls across complex programmes. You will ensure governance, integrity, and best practice in scheduling while supporting bids and transition to execution.

You will drive schedule risk analysis, manage subcontractor schedules, and contribute to reviews with stakeholders up to VP level. A flexible hybrid on-site model in Luton is available, with training and development opportunities within

Qualifications

• Extensive project controls/ planning experience across heavy engineering programmes.
• Experience applying schedule risk analysis at all project stages.
• Strong collaboration and communication with IPT leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality and integrity of project controls on projects and programmes.
• Drive schedule quality and best practice management across the lifecycle.
• Support bid phase activities to ensure risks are managed and schedules transition smoothly.
• Manage subcontractor schedule integrity and risk across partners.
