Job summary

Bimplus in Leeds is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a varied portfolio of property and construction projects across Yorkshire and the North. You will own projects from feasibility through handover, managing programmes, procurement and stakeholder expectations.

The role offers significant client exposure, mentoring opportunities, and a clear path for progression within an established Leeds team.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience within a UK construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying or another relevant construction discipline.
• MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualification, or demonstrable progress towards chartership.
• Strong knowledge of procurement routes and construction contracts.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant teams.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong programme, risk and project governance experience.
• Commercially aware and organised approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through multiple RIBA stages, ensuring client objectives are understood and delivered.
• Prepare and manage programmes, coordinate design teams, and develop procurement strategies.
• Oversee risk and change control, chair project meetings and report to clients.
• Support the commercial management of commissions and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to Leeds project management growth.
