Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects across the UK from inception to completion. You will collaborate with the commercial team to ensure high-quality delivery safely, on programme and within budget.

This role involves leading site teams, coordinating subcontractors, planning programmes, and maintaining strong client relationships while driving quality and project performance. Opportunities exist to develop professionally within an ambitious business.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering construction projects from start to completion.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Commercially aware with a collaborative approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Modular construction experience is advantageous but not essential.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop.

Responsibilities

Managing construction projects from start to finish.
Leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors.
Planning and delivering programmes to agreed timescales.
Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure commercial performance.
Managing client relationships and maintaining high standards throughout delivery.
Driving quality, health & safety and project performance.
