Job summary

Bimplus, a leading UK property consultancy based in Sheffield, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager to take full responsibility for a portfolio of projects from pre-contract through to final account.

The successful candidate will have a degree, proven PM experience across Client/Contractor/Consultancy, and a track record in the Property sector, with strong client-facing communication skills. The role offers leadership opportunities and potential progression to senior levels.

Qualifications

• Have a relevant degree.
• Experience as a Project Manager on Client, Contractor or Consultancy side.
• Experience working on projects within Property.
• Have good communication and client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of a number of projects from pre contract to final account.
• Take opportunity to gain client ownership and manage projects through to completion.
• Represent the company at networking events and meetings with potential clients and partners.
