Job summary

Bimplus in Leeds is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead technical delivery of mechanical and electrical building services projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate design programmes, reviews, and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance with UK regulations and performance targets. The role emphasizes leadership, BIM literacy and a strong delivery mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Strong design and/or project delivery background.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and coordination of technical design programmes.
• Manage design deliverables including technical specifications, CAD/BIM outputs, Part L reports and TM59 calculations.
• Review RFIs and technical submittals; monitor progress and milestones.
• Ensure designs comply with UK regulations and contractual requirements; liaise with clients and stakeholders.
