Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex building projects in the Southampton or Basingstoke area. You will drive projects from inception through close, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Pre and post contract design /project management expertise over the RIBA lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• JCT &/or NEC Contract Administration (Accreditation a positive).
• Maintain accurate project records (both paper and electronic).
• Robust Stakeholder Management process.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more very complex projects with national footprint or full spectrum services.
• Manages all phases of projects from start to close out.
• Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
• Manages other Project Managers.
