Job summary

Keltbray is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major demolition and enabling works project in the Helensburgh area of Scotland. You will plan, coordinate and deliver safely, to programme, within budget and to the required quality standards, reporting to the Operations Director.

You will have NEC contract administration experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in complex, regulated environments, with a track record of directing major contractors and

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• SMSTS and CSCS card.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe delivery of major demolition and enabling works from mobilisation to completion.
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to meet programme, cost, and quality.
• Administer NEC contracts, including Early Warnings, Compensation Events, Accepted Programmes, Defined Cost and change control.
• Use CEMAR for contract administration and communications management.
• Develop and monitor programmes, resource plans, risk registers, and mitigations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements (CDM).
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and reporting with commercial teams.
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, local authorities and stakeholders.
• Lead project governance, reporting, and assurance reviews.
• Identify risks and opportunities; implement corrective actions.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and company procedures.
