The role requires strong demolition background with a focus on complex projects, site safety and effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Competitive salary + package and company vehicle offered.

Qualifications

• Significant demolition industry experience.
• Experience delivering demolition, enabling works and enabling programmes.
• Strong understanding of RAMS and health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site demolition projects with site teams and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor works to programme; control resources.
• Oversee safety, RAMS, QA and environmental management on site.
• Maintain site records, diaries and progress reports.
• Liaise with client and stakeholders; manage site logistics and waste.
