Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver major infrastructure works within a highly regulated environment. You will lead planning, delivery and commissioning across scope, schedule, and budget, while managing risks, changes and stakeholder engagement.

Location is hybrid with 2-3 days on client site in Helensburgh; UK residency is required. Strong commercial awareness and NEC4 contract experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or construction projects.
• Hands-on construction delivery background with building services experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to challenge costs and delivery approaches.
• Practical experience managing projects under NEC4 contracts, including change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects from planning through commissioning and close out.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and change with governance alignment.
• Oversee contract performance, provide financial forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration across the project team and engage stakeholders to meet milestones and objectives.
