Job summary

Landmarc is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead pre-construction programmes for high‑value UK defence infrastructure projects from £200K to £10M. You’ll shape briefs, manage design assurance and ensure CDM compliance, moving schemes from concept to delivery.

Based at Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire, the role is permanent and office‑based, Mon–Fri, 37 hours with travel across the South East. A strong background in NEC contracts and driving licence are essential.

• Strong construction project management background.
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER, and project management frameworks.
• NEC contract experience is desirable.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Landmarc have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team. As a Senior Project Manager you’ll lead pre‑construction programmes ranging from £200K to £10M, shaping some of the UK’s most unique and high‑impact infrastructure projects. Your work directly supports the UK Armed Forces by ensuring new facilities, training environments and modern accommodation are designed safely, compliantly and ready for delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence major schemes that strengthen military capability and future‑proof the Defence Training Estate.

Role details

• Salary: £59,800–£65,955 (DOE) + £7,200 car allowance
• Location: Longmoor Camp, Liss, Hampshire
• Contract: Permanent, office‑based, Mon–Fri, 37 hrs
• Travel: Required within the South East region (with travel costs covered)

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Strong construction project management background
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWERPRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar)
• HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services
• NEC contract experience
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Additional technical or project management qualifications
• Experience within defence, estates or regulated environments
