Job summary

Landmarc Support Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Liss to lead pre-construction programmes ranging from £200K to £10M and shape major infrastructure projects supporting UK Armed Forces, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and future readiness.

Travel within the South East is required, with costs covered. The role requires a strong PM background, CDM knowledge, and qualifications such as PRINCE2/MSP/APM PMQ, plus a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Strong construction project management background.
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER.
• PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar).
• HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Additional technical or project management qualifications.
• Experience within defence, estates or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction strategy and develop client briefs.
• Oversee design assurance, CDM compliance and risk management.
• Influence a wide range of infrastructure projects including accommodation, dining facilities, urban training environments and digital training systems.
• Support major M&E upgrades aligned to net-zero objectives.

Landmarc have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the team. As a Senior Project Manager you’ll lead pre‑construction programmes ranging from £200K to £10M, shaping some of the UK’s most unique and high‑impact infrastructure projects. Your work directly supports the UK Armed Forces by ensuring new facilities, training environments and modern accommodation are designed safely, compliantly and ready for delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to influence major schemes that strengthen military capability and future‑proof the Defence Training Estate.
