Job summary

Landmarc is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead pre-construction strategy and client briefs for UK defence infrastructure projects. You will oversee design assurance, CDM compliance and risk management, influencing projects from accommodation to digital training systems.

The role requires strong defence sector experience and a full UK driving licence. Travel across the South East is required with costs covered.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management within defence or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER.
• PRINCE2, MSP or APM PMQ or equivalent qualifications.
• HND or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services.
• Valid UK driving licence.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong construction project management background


• Knowledge of CDM, COSHH, LOLER and PUWER


• PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ (or similar)


• HND+ in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services


• Full UK driving licence


• Additional technical or project management qualifications


• Experience within defence, estates or regulated environments
