Location: Home-based (with UK travel)

Contract: 9 Month FTC - Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver large, complex change projects across Care Services, from inception to completion.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and improvement strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure engagement and successful delivery.
  • Design credible projects with clear costs, benefits, timelines and governance.
  • Manage resources effectively, including IT and business teams, to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to reduce costs.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when necessary.
  • Drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Engage with vendors to ensure strong delivery capability and cost efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale business and digital change projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Resilient, results-driven and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Skilled in risk, resource and cost management.
  • Commercial acumen and vendor management experience, particularly with digital suppliers.
  • Relevant qualifications such as APMG Change Management, Prince2, MSP or similar (desirable).
