Job summary

Carriera Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial schemes in London. You will drive feasibility through to practical completion across high-quality office developments, refurbishments and repositioning projects.

In a senior, visible role you will manage programmes, cost, procurement and risk while supervising teams and nurturing client relationships with developers, asset managers and occupiers.

Qualifications

• MRICS/MCIOB/MAPM chartered or working towards.
• Track record delivering commercial real estate projects in a consultancy environment.
• Experience across office development, refurbishment, repositioning or commercial schemes.
• Confident managing London-based clients and stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, proactive and solutions-led in approach.
• Comfortable leading projects while developing people around you.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and developments across life sciences, education and commercial sectors across all RIBA stages.
• Act as primary client interface on key London real estate assets.
• Manage programme, cost, procurement and risk strategies.
• Coordinate consultant and contractor teams in complex live environments.
• Support and mentor Project Managers and junior team members.

I'm working with a well-regarded, growing construction consultancy looking to appoint an Senior Project Manager to play a leading role across a strong pipeline of commercial schemes throughout London. Their portfolio spans high-quality office developments, refurbishments, landlord-led repositioning projects and complex commercial assets across the capital.

The Opportunity

This is a senior, visible role within a collaborative team where you'll lead significant commercial real estate projects from feasibility through to practical completion.

You'll be working directly with developers, asset managers, investors and occupiers - acting as a trusted advisor and driving schemes that are commercially focused, programme-led and delivery driven.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading projects and developments across their life sciences, education and commercial sectors across all RIBA stages
• Acting as the primary client interface on key London real estate assets
• Managing programme, cost, procurement and risk strategies
• Coordinating consultant and contractor teams across complex live environments
• Supporting and mentoring Project Managers and junior team members

About You
