Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Central London (Holborn) to lead day-to-day project delivery and work with experienced colleagues on strategic matters. The role covers residential, commercial, fit-out, hotels and life sciences sectors in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will manage projects valued around £10M+, demonstrate accredited PM expertise, and mentor junior staff while pursuing new business opportunities and bid proposals.

The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of projects while working with more experienced colleagues to manage strategic matters.

You will have the opportunity to work across multiple sectors including residential, commercial, fit-out, hotels, life sciences through to arts and heritage.

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:

• Preferably hold a professional accreditation in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture (MRICS, CIOB, MAPM etc)
• Demonstrate experience leading the day-to-day delivery of construction projects upwards in value of £10M. Including carrying out the role of the Contract Administrator
• Demonstrate the ability to manage, lead and support less experienced colleagues
• Evidence the capability to identify and pursue, with support, new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, and contribute to the preparation of bid proposals
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
• Passionate about delivering high-quality solutions for clients
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development of self and others
