You will oversee projects of significant scale and value while building strong client and contractor relationships.

Candidate with 7+ years' experience in construction or property development, with a track record across retail, hospitality, residential, and industrial sectors, is sought.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing construction or property development projects.
• Proven track record delivering projects in sectors such as retail, hospitality, residential, and industrial.
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, contracts, and stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• MRICS, PMP, or equivalent accreditation is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design and planning through construction and handover
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders

We're excited to work with a progressive construction consultancy delivering high-profile schemes nationwide, seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee projects of significant scale and value while building strong client and contractor relationships

This innovative consultancy delivers high-quality project and cost management services across a variety of sectors. Their projects typically range from £5M to £50M, with flagship developments exceeding £75M. Recent and current projects include retail fit-outs for leading high-street brands, large-scale refurbishment and fit-out schemes, hotels, student accommodation and healthcare developments, as well as industrial warehouses and private residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design and planning through construction and handover
• Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively
