Job summary

ESG is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead delivery across the CRM and Billing solution portfolio. You will manage complex, multi-workstream projects in a hybrid Chorley setting, ensuring governance, value delivery, and strong client engagement throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires strong leadership, detailed planning, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams, partners, and clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience defining business cases, benefits management and ROI.
• Experience delivering large projects or programmes in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within Time/Cost/Quality/Scope targets with governance.
• Ensure on-time closure and smooth handover to BAU.
• Coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders across the organisation.
