Job summary

Energy Services Group, LLC. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing and internal change programmes from our Chorley base.

You will drive governance, manage budgets and risks, ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes, and mentor peers to elevate delivery practices. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers, delivering high-quality artifacts such as SOWs, PID's, and business cases across a SaaS delivery model, while embracing a hybrid

Qualifications

• Excellent project and programme management skills.
• Experience in delivering large projects or programmes in a commercial environment.
• Experience of owning projects/programme budgets > £500k.
• Experience with coaching or mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within Time/Cost/Quality/Scope targets with governance.
• Ensure timely closure and smooth handover to BAU.
• Manage a diverse team and stakeholders across the company.
• Produce business cases, ROI plans, and [document] artefacts.
• Define governance for first-of-type projects and workstreams.
• Coordinate onboarding, integration, and migration of clients to ESG products.
