Job summary

Lever Scott International is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead CRM and technology transformation projects, focusing on CRM systems and implementations rather than marketing. The role requires delivering end-to-end projects in a consultancy or client-facing environment.

You will manage discovery through go-live, coordinate teams, and handle data migration, integrations, and stakeholder management for multiple clients across the UK.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading IT/Technical PM roles for CRM projects.
• Proven track record delivering CRM implementations or transformations.
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle, Siebel).
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations and data migration in complex IT environments.
• Knowledge of full software/project delivery lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience managing technical and functional delivery teams.
• Consultancy or professional services background is advantageous.

We are working with a growing technology consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex CRM and technology transformation projects for its customers.

This role is focused specifically on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and implementations, rather than CRM marketing. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing end-to-end CRM projects within complex IT environments, ideally gained within a consultancy or client-facing setting.

The Role

• Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM implementation and transformation projects
• Manage projects from initial discovery and requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing and go-live
• Take ownership of project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and dependencies
• Coordinate technical, functional and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage senior customer stakeholders and act as a key point of contact throughout delivery
• Oversee CRM integrations, data migration and wider dependencies across the technology landscape
• Work closely with consultants, architects, developers and third-party vendors
• Ensure projects are delivered to agreed scope, quality, budget and timescales
• Support multiple customer engagements within a fast-paced consultancy environment

Experience Required

• Extensive experience as an IT Project Manager / Technical Project Manager
• Strong track record delivering CRM implementations or CRM transformation programmes
• Experience with enterprise CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, Siebel or similar
• Good understanding of CRM integrations, data migration and enterprise IT environments
• Strong knowledge of the full software/project delivery lifecycle
• Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills
• Experience managing technical and functional delivery teams
• Previous consultancy or professional services experience would be highly advantageous
