Job summary

ESG in Chorley seeks a Senior Client Solutions Manager to lead customer relationships and ensure high-quality operational service throughout the customer lifecycle. You will act as the primary operational and technical liaison, driving governance, platform expertise, and continuous improvement to maximise customer value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Energy Customer Operations, Supplier Operations, Pricing, Billing, or a similar operational environment.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service performance within a technology-enabled business.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational point of contact for assigned customer accounts and sustain trusted relationships.
• Lead regular check-ins to ensure service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support to resolve complex issues and drive improvements.
• Oversee change requests, data amendments, and ensure timely delivery against SLAs.
• Support onboarding, transitions, and adoption of ESG solutions for customers.
