Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a team of Operations Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors on multiple sprinkler projects across the UK.

You will drive delivery on time and within budget, oversee programme, cost, quality and safety, and build strong client relationships to secure ongoing work and frameworks. The role requires strong leadership, communication and a track record of delivering improvements.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive senior project management experience in sprinkler / building services.
• Leadership and ability to grow a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee line management of project team and subcontractors.
• Ensure programme, cost, quality and safety are controlled to business expectations.
• Develop relationships with key clients to secure repeat business.
• Assist in new opportunities with existing and new clients, focusing on end-user clients.
• Report financial status with support from Commercial team to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, H&S, QA and engineering standards.
