Job summary

SRG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead capital investment projects in a highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in West Yorkshire, UK. You will drive end-to-end delivery from concept through to handover, manage budgets, scopes and schedules, and ensure GMP compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proven track record delivering complex projects in regulated sectors; experience with utilities, facilities and process

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end capital engineering projects from concept to handover.
• Develop business cases, project scopes, budgets and financial justifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Manage contractors and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrable leadership capability and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of capital engineering projects from concept through implementation and handover.
• Develop business cases, project scopes, budgets and financial justifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
• Manage contractors and external suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive improvements in manufacturing equipment reliability and performance.
• Support GMP-compliant facility, utilities and process equipment projects.
• Maintain project documentation, risk assessments and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
