SRG in the United Kingdom seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations within a state‑of‑the‑art aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will oversee day‑to‑day engineering activities across cleanroom facilities, VHP isolator technology, and highly specialised pharmaceutical systems, partnering with senior leadership to ensure reliability, compliance and continuous improvement of critical manufacturing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering and maintenance teams in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on engineering leadership to ensure reliability and compliance of critical manufacturing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations within the aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Oversee day-to-day activities across cleanroom facilities, VHP isolator technology, and specialised pharmaceutical systems.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing infrastructure.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the engineering and maintenance teams.
• Drive operational performance and equipment reliability across the site.
• Support sterile medicine manufacturing through effective engineering leadership.
