Job summary

SRG is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-value pharma programmes from kick-off to completion. You will bridge customers and site teams, overseeing multiple projects while balancing schedules, budgets and quality.

In this role, you will collaborate with Business Development, R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance, ensuring robust documentation, risk management, and timely delivery. A strong pharma background and GMP awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record managing client relationships in a project management capacity.
• Experience in contract manufacturing or CRO environments is a plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and gain stakeholder buy-in at all levels.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, balance scope, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Be main client contact, keeping stakeholders informed and confident.
• Maintain clear project documentation and risk logs.
• Identify scope changes early and coordinate with clients on solutions.
• Monitor project finances and support revenue reporting; mentor junior staff.
• Help shape better ways of working across the PM function.
