Job summary

Entrust Resource Solutions is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Engineer to join a leading manufacturer in a highly regulated environment. The role covers delivery of facilities and infrastructure projects supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, compliance and peak performance.

You will manage projects from concept through to completion, collaborating with engineering, production and quality teams to drive improvements and maintain GMP-like standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in Facilities, Projects or Capital Engineering.
• Background in regulated manufacturing (pharma/medical device).
• Knowledge of cleanrooms and controlled environments.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and engineering documentation.
• Experience managing contractors and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Prepare and manage engineering documentation, SOPs and technical procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, risk assessments and FMEA.
• Develop KPIs to monitor facilities performance and equipment reliability.
• Manage specialist contractors and oversee external works.
• Work collaboratively across multiple departments to maintain a compliant manufacturing environment.

This is a key role responsible for delivering facilities and infrastructure projects that support manufacturing operations, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant and operating at peak performance. You'll manage projects from concept through to completion while working closely with engineering, production and quality teams.

About You
