Tilbury Douglas Group is seeking an experienced Project Director in Exeter to lead the delivery of a major construction project. You will oversee safety, quality, cost control and client relationships, guiding multidisciplinary teams and driving performance across the programme.

You will bring extensive senior leadership experience in a main contractor environment, with strong commercial acumen and delivery expertise. CIOB membership is advantageous and BPSS clearance is noted.

Formación

• CSCS card is essential.
• CITB Level 3 Safety Course qualification is essential.
• A construction-related degree and CIOB chartered membership are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the successful delivery of the major project, ensuring programme, budget, quality, safety and environmental objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership, proactively managing risks and driving performance and profitability.
• Oversee commercial/financial performance, cost management and contractual compliance.
• Lead, mentor and develop multidisciplinary project teams with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
