Job summary

Tilbury Douglas seeks a Senior Project Manager in the East Midlands region to own delivery of major construction projects from inception through to completion. The role requires leading project teams, building strong client relationships and driving collaborative planning, design, commercial and operational functions.

You will proactively manage risks, ensure safety and quality standards, and maintain programme and commercial performance while promoting the company’s culture and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major projects as lead Project Manager in a main contractor environment.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, programme, cost and contractual requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with planning, design, commercial and operations teams.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environment.
