Tilbury Douglas Group is seeking an experienced Project Director in Exeter to take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a major construction project. The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality and environmental objectives are met while driving profitability.

You will work closely with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to maximise project performance and drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Experienced construction leader with a track record delivering major projects.
• Senior leadership experience, ideally at Project Director level.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen for project delivery.
• CSCS card and CITB Level 3 Safety Course are essential.
• A construction-related degree and CIOB membership are advantageous.

• Lead the delivery of the project, ensuring programme, budget, quality, H&S and environmental objectives.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership, proactively managing risks and driving performance.
• Oversee commercial/financial performance, cost management and contractual compliance, delivering outcomes.
