PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major construction projects across London valued at £50m+.

You will provide strategic leadership across programmes, establish excellence in safety, quality and commercial performance, and build strong client and supply chain relationships through effective stakeholder management.

Formación

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred).
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Black Card or equivalent.

A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of major construction projects valued in excess of £50 million across London.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected business with a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial and mixed-use markets. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the safe, profitable and successful delivery of complex projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will provide strategic leadership across major projects, ensuring excellence in programme, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction.

You will lead multidisciplinary project teams, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major construction projects valued at £50m+
• Take full responsibility for programme, budget, quality and safety performance

About You

You will be an accomplished Project Director with a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects for a Tier 1 or major regional contractor.

• Proven experience operating as a Project Director on projects valued at £50m+
• Strong leadership experience managing large project teams
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Experience delivering projects through design, procurement, construction and handover
• Demonstrable success delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget
• Experience on education, commercial or mixed-use developments
• NEC and JCT contract knowledge

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card
