Job summary

Future Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-end residential projects in London and the South East. • Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong procurement and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions and take full responsibility for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of 3+ projects simultaneously, maintaining control of programme, quality and progress.
• Build, manage and monitor construction programmes to ensure projects remain on track.
• Take ownership of procurement, purchasing and subcontractor coordination.
• Manage and coordinate Site Managers across multiple schemes.
• Provide senior-level oversight and support to existing Project Managers.
• Manage building control requirements and resolve technical and delivery issues.
• Maintain high standards across site operations, sequencing, quality and health and safety.
• Report directly to the Director on project progress, programme, risks and performance.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Identify potential issues proactively and take ownership of solutions.

An established, privately owned property development and investment company specialising in high-quality residential developments across London and the South East.

With a substantial development pipeline and approximately £60m across multiple upcoming schemes, the business is continuing to grow and strengthen its project delivery team.

The Opportunity

The company is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, manage site teams and take ownership of delivery across its growing portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Director, this is a hands-on position offering significant autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.

You’ll oversee 3+ projects simultaneously, manage Site Managers and provide guidance to existing Project Managers, while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day running of projects.

There is also plenty of opportunity to progress within the business as the company continues to expand its development pipeline.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within high-end residential construction.
• Strong experience delivering high-end residential new-build projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience building and managing construction programmes.
• Strong procurement and subcontractor management experience.
• Demonstrable experience managing Site Managers and wider project teams.
• Excellent technical knowledge, commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions and take full responsibility for delivery.
• A strong track record of successfully completed projects, supported by relevant references and qualifications.
• Previous experience running a contracting business would be advantageous.
