Job summary

Bigblue in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to take ownership of high-value fit-out schemes and build towards a Project Director role.

You will lead delivery with a Construction Manager, win new work through tenders and client pitches, and grow your own team while expanding the pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a premium Central London setting.

I'm working with a growing name in the high-end fit-out market that's looking for a Senior Project Manager who wants more out of their career than just another project to run.

We're talking projects ranging from £2m to £20m, a premium Central London base and a genuine opportunity to build something of your own.

You'll report directly to a Project Director, with a Construction Manager working under you. But the real opportunity goes beyond delivery. You'll be involved in winning work, pitching to clients, leading tenders and building your own pipeline.

The ambition is to give the right person the platform to step up to Project Director, build their own pod and play a major part in the business's growth.

What you'll be getting stuck into:

• Leading major projects: Take ownership of programming and delivery across schemes worth £2m-£20m.
• Winning work: Get involved in tenders, pitches and bids, helping turn opportunities into projects.
• Building your team: Lead the Construction Manager working under you and develop the foundations of your own pod.
• Growing your pipeline: Build client relationships, identify opportunities and create work rather than simply waiting for the next project to land.
• Working at Director level: Partner closely with the Project Director on delivery, commercial performance and business growth.
