Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, project management or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent certification is required or preferred.
• Experience in project controls and managerial roles.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and high ethical standards.
