Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead planning, cost, risk and change control on major infrastructure schemes. You will supervise the project controls team and shape PMB governance across programmes.

You will drive earned value management, forecast performance and chair change forums, advising senior stakeholders and clients to resolve delays and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in EVM and applying it to complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in project controls in transport, energy, defence, water or oil & gas.
• Strong stakeholder management with clients and senior leaders in matrix organizations.
• NEC4 Project Manager experience desirable.
• Formal qualification in Programme Management or MSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a Project Controls team and set objectives.
• Develop and monitor the PMB and agree progress measurement with contractor.
• Forecast performance using earned value management.
• Lead planning, risk, cost control, change control policies and their application.
• Chair change forums and escalate papers with high impact.
• Provide specialist advice to resolve delays and issues.
