Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead PMB establishment, monitoring, and reporting across major infrastructure projects. You will implement earned value management, drive change control, and coordinate impact assessments to support senior leaders.

The role includes leading a Project Controls team and ensuring data integrity in monthly reporting. Flexible and remote working are central to the culture, with opportunities to advance within a world‑class engineering

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls functions within large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Knowledge of schedule, cost, and risk management practices.
• Ability to supervise project controls teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish, monitor, and manage PMB and KPIs for time, cost, risk, change and quality.
• Develop and implement earned value management; report to senior leaders.
• Lead change control processes and change forums; ensure approvals.
• Coordinate change impact assessments; support best-for-programme decisions.
• Supervise project controls team and mentor staff.
