Job summary

AtkinsRéalis UK is seeking an experienced Project Controls professional to lead, coordinate and deliver robust oversight across complex infrastructure schemes. You will guide a project controls team, implement PMI/EMV-based performance measurement, and ensure timely delivery against baselines within a regulated environment.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, manage data analytics, dashboards, and reporting, and foster continuous improvement while aligning with NEC4 and sector standards

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls on large infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage schedule, cost, risk and change control.
• Formal PM or project controls qualification or working toward Chartership.
• Experience with NEC Forms of Contract in rail or UK construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a Project Controls team.
• Develop and assure PMB and measure progress.
• Forecast performance using earned value management.
• Lead change control forums and advise on delays.
