AtkinsRéalis UK Limited in Sheffield is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead core planning, cost, risk, change, performance measurement and reporting across complex infrastructure projects. You will align PMB with scope, schedule and risk, and coordinate with clients and delivery teams.

The role offers exposure to high-profile programmes, NEC4 project experience preferred, and opportunities to develop leadership and technical capability, with some travel to Leeds.

Competenze

• Proven experience in Project Controls or Project Management within complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, risk, change and EVM.
• Experience in developing performance baselines and translating data into insight.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders in matrix organisations.
• Clear written and verbal communication for performance and risks.
• Experience using dashboards and analytics to support decisions.

• Lead and manage Project Controls activities across planning, cost, risk, change, and reporting.
• Develop and monitor the PMB ensuring alignment across scope, schedule and cost.
• Agree progress measurement methods with contractors and teams.
• Ensure actuals and forecasts are submitted accurately and on time.
• Oversee planning, cost control, risk, change control and reporting processes.
• Chair change forums and escalate high-impact changes for approval.
• Provide specialist advice and challenge to leaders to resolve issues.
• Promote continuous improvement and good practice in Project Controls.
